tu felix Austria nube is Latin - the complete sentence: "Bella gerant alii, tu felix Austria nube." (In English: "Let others wage war, you happy Austria marry!" - a reference on how the Habsburgs consolidated their family holdings.

Les autres font la guerre, toi, heureuse Autriche, tu te maries is the French translation.

Tu felix Austria nube - is a latin quote:

- You, happy Austria, marry,

which translates in French as

- Toi, heureuse Autriche, tu te maries.

The whole quote is "Bella gerant alii, tu felix Austria, nube! - Wars may be led by others - you, happy Austria, marry!", by Maximilian I, Holy Roman Emperor.
