Here is a paragraph:

Male bowerbirds construct elaborately decorated nests, or bowers. Basing their judgment on the fact that different local populations of bowerbirds of the same species build bowers that exhibit different building and decorative styles, researchers have concluded that the bowerbirds' building styles are a culturally acquired, rather than a genetically transmitted, trait.

can you please tell what does it mean by culturally acquired ?
can you give some real example ? i am getting difficulty to understand this thing

Male bowerbirds learn from their peers and parents, and by experimentation how they should construct their bowers.

Culturally acquired skills are those we learn from the society we live in. social skills and mannerisms learned in, for example, Turkey, will be different to those learned in, for example, France.
