Since the time you sent me a text message, I've been wondering where you were and what you would be doing.
I think the sentence should be rephrased as "Since you sent me a text message, I've been wondering where you were and what you were doing."
Am I correct?
Many thanks.
"Since you sent me a text message, I've been wondering where you were and what you were doing."
IT COULD ALSO BE:
since you sent me a text message, I've been wondering where you were and what you have been doing.

The first message implies curiosity about what the other person was doing at the time, whereas your suggested version implies curiosity about what the other person had been doing for some period prior to that.
Yoong Liat and contrex, a very merry Christmas to you.
