Ooooooo, I love those - in Korea I had them often. These are boiled in water - the same may be fried in oil. Both really good.

Happy and healthy as may be expected at our age - the g-kids have gone back home. It was a very good visit for all. I am stunned and amazed at how GREAT a chef is my 12 yr old grand-daughter - really good, no, absolutely really good cook. WOW !!

Well, we had rain for the holiday, and today more expected. Warm themps though so those who did go camping or celebrated at home, didn't freeze.

Spoke with my grandson Saturday and he's visiting the month of August!

Wellllllllll, grandsons been invited to join a local band. He'll be their lead singer! He also writes music! Course, when his nonnie looks at him and still sees the same little Dylan face {who celebrates his 16th b.d. in October} only now he's way taller than me {6ft and still growing} whatta trip!

Yet another hump day - it's all down hill from here to the weekend.

Hello all. A bright Thursday morning. Garden uncovered, muddy shoes. Almost June, still frosting up here, in Michigan. Almanacs. Turtles should be arriving any day. I saw some crossing the marsh. Ebeth-peanuts dance scene is great. Their moves are still used today. Have a nice day everybody.
