That is a fantastic pic from thu Gogh - - - Very Happy

One of my favorites - Shocked

I've seen rooms full of his works in Europe.

Also, have seen the original of Munch's (the Scream) in Vienna - of course. At the time of the showing, the pics were above the stables of the Lipizzaners - those white horses of history. I viewed many masters works while smelling the dung of the horses below. BELIEVE IT OR NOT !

True Story.

Happy PreNew Years Eve all Shocked Very Happy

Here's the complete version of Burn's 'Auld Lang Syne' =

Auld Lang Syne

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And never brought to min'?
should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And days o'lang syne?

Chorus

For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne,
We'll tak a cup o' kindness yet,
For auld lang syne.

We twa hae run about the braes,
And pu'd the gowans fine;
But we've wander'd mony a weary foot
Sin auld lang syne.

Chorus

We twa hae paidl't i' the burn,
From mornin sun till dine;
But seas between us braid hae roar'd
Sin auld lang syne.

Chorus

And here's a hand, my trusty fiere,
And gie's a hand o' thine;
And we'll tak a right guid willie-waught,
For auld lang syne.

Chorus

And surely ye'll be your pint-stowp,
And surely I'll be mine;
And we'll tak a cup o' kindness yet
For auld lang syne.

Last Chorus

The whole thing was actually in a letter to a lady - Mrs Dunlop.

If you have questions, I'll be happy to translate some of the words, ie. "And pu'd the gowans fine" = Pulled the daisies.
