In Singapore, when a driver is charged with drink driving, he is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Is it the same expression in British English? I understand that in American English, s/he is charged under the influence.

charged with (what) drunk driving.

By the way, do you use AmE? I understand that 'drunk driving' is AmE, whereas 'drink driving' is BrE.
