"Please re-check it" or "Please check it again."
Is the above sentence correct. I don't think so.

Didn't you already ask that? You're right. "Please re-check it again," is wrong. The "re" eliminates the need for the "again."
"Please double-check" would be a more common usage.
It's been checked.

It needs to be re-checked again.
