CI, as Walter said, it's a French folksong thats tells about the bridge of Avignon, in France, where the picture was taken.
Btw, now we know what Fresco looks like!
We visited Avignon many decades ago on one of thoee "if it's Tuesday..." kind of tour. I remember a long ramp, but do not remember a bridge.

Looks like the French Quarter in NO is correct.
My guess was that it was either New Orleans or Tombstone, Arizona. Then I decided it was the Congo.
