We have converted forty people to Christianity as of end (of) November this year.

Is the second 'of' required?

I'm not sure.

Many thanks.

The whole phrase is junk. "As of end (Month/Year)" is terse jargon as seen in US accounting reports, etc. It has no place in decent prose.

This is better:

We had converted forty people to Christianity by the end of November this year.

BUT- It is "God" who converts people to Christianity, not people. (If you believe in God. I don't.)

So...

We had forty conversions to Christianity by the end of November this year.
