Need help translating phrase into both hebrew and latin

If anybody could help me out i would really appreciate it. I speak german and a little russian, hebrew and latin are just a bit out of my realm. the phrase is

"the end in all things is important"

By "end" do you mean "termination" or "purpose"?

by "end" i mean resolution or conclusion.
