A colour/coloured television set.

I believe 'coloured' is the correct adjective.

Many thanks.

"Colour" is correct in Great Britain.

"Color" is correct in the US.

One never refers to a "coloured" television set.

The term "colored television" was in common use during the development stage of color TV. The term "color tv" might have become the standard to maintain parallelism with the term "black and white tv".
