Some symbols are internationally common, __________ "Restrooms"or "Information Center."
(A)like (B)such as (C)for example (D)examples

I think 'for example' should be used. Am I right?

might be found in conversation, or very casual writing, inappropriate otherwise.

(B) such as
(C) for example

Equally appropriate

(D) examples

No.

"examples include"
"examples might include"

"Restrooms" are what Americans call "toilets" I believe.

"Centre" is the correct British English spelling.
