How do I get rid of these guys without bombing the pantry? Anyone have any suggestions? I just took the last sip of a glass of red wine without looking first and had a moth swirl around in my mouth until I spit the wine back out. Needless to say, I stuck the spit-out-wine-in-the-glass in the pantry. If that fails, I'll need a back-up plan......
Help!
..........back-to-top.....
Anyone?!?
Well, for one thing, I don't think they have much of a natural lifespan. No wool in that pantry, is there?
{cringe} {I miss my < > s}
Moth balls be too stinky. maybe fly paper?
I've always wondered how they harvested them. They must use tweezers.
cool link Joe, but they're selling a product.
Roger there is wool there. I did a quick check on the wool coats, but I do a more thorough check tomorrow. Or maybe I'll bundle up my coats in trash bags for a couple weeks.
Don't know how to help you with moths Littlek. Sorry :-(
Hey - the red wine is working!
That red wine is awesome, isn't it ;-)
it is! But, that's less for me.... I'll have to find something cheaper. Maybe just juice.
Remember little k, the moths don't eat wool. It's the larva. They may have already laid eggs.
oho! I see, roger. And, they have definitely laid eggs, maybe a couple rounds of eggs.
aye. And now I'm off to bed. At least the moths are all in the pantry/kitchen.....
Night all and thanks.
Nite Little one. I'm not far behind ya. Good luck :-)
could be from the rather exotic food products that you seem to have about. might be indian meal moths, or something close to them.
btw, i am against the harvesting of moth balls, by tweezer or otherwise.
