Does psychotic here mean "crazy" , like it's a crazy action or what? Thanks in advance.
Without context an explanation is not possible.

Awww...hopefully you didn't mean he has mutiple identities..
So...nobody even tries to help me out?
An evil twin is a lot like a psychotic clone only in the case of "evil twin" it assumes a twin exists that is good.
PSYCHOTIC clone means that there is the "original", and then there is a "clone" of the original, and the clone is psychotic, or crazy acting.

Perfectly understood! Thank you so much..
