Before that, may I ask, where do you get these terms from? A web translator? Most of them sounded very weird, I only managed to simplify few of them for you.

帅哥- cool guy
流氓 - gangster/ punk

The reason it showed up like that in your email is most probably because your email client doesn't support Chinese characters, I've no problems in using Chinese and Korean in Gmail so far.

Yes, the words here are in Simplified Chinese already, you mean you want them in Traditional?
