Norman Swan: So if you took a woman who's say 35 what would be the prevalence of high risk HPV at that age?
Suzanne Garland: Well we believe it's around 5% to 10%.
Norman Swan: So it drops dramatically.
Suzanne Garland: It drops dramatically indeed and if we find it in a woman over 30
that tends to tally more with a chronic infection but I mean this is one of the reasons we're doing this study to get some base line for Australia.

I think it means ----
. . . if we find it in a woman over 30, that (HIV infection) would be counted more as a chronic (previously on-going) infection, but I mean . . . .
