Which / What country's food is / would be the most delicious?

Which words should I use?

I'd use "which" here. Sorry, but I can't tell you why. I just would.

I think because you'd say 'Which one...' instead of "what one".

Which / What country's food is / would be the most delicious?

What about 'is' and 'would'? Which is the correct word to use? I think 'is' should be the one.

Either which or what would work, YL. As to which would be the more common choice, I agree with Roberta, for this particular situation.

As for is or would be, either would work/works for the same reason(s) that 'would work' or 'works' work. We have a choice. Using 'would' shows a less definite answer or a more deferential one.
