The sorry galutes had decided not to give me my 401k money, because I had not complained,and because I had become re employed by the same people. Never mind that I sent them an official request form. So now they decided to pay me sometime soon. Good thing my life ain't hanging in the balance.

Well, that sucks. If you sent the proper forms in, I can't understand why you haven't started your pension money already.

Going to Dallas Friday evening . See my brother. Probably be back Sunday. This will be a good test of my truck, to make sure it is highway worthy for making a longer trip. Also give an idea how much it will cost.

He has to use a walker to get around and has fallen three times. During my visit, he remained propped up on pillows, but he was alert. He said he expects to bounce back. It would be wonderful if such a thing happens.

I am more in the tool getting mode just now. As soon as I get enough stuff, there should be any number of projects to select from. It's all very slow, because I want to finance as I go, rather than spend ahead.
