How much per cent is the Iraq oil delivery of the total oil delivery?

I see where you're going here, but I think that tack misses an important element of the situation; if Sadr can successfully use the threat of terrorism to halt Iraqi production--which he has for now successfully done, it puts a cloud of insecurity over oil production around the globe. If he can do this, what is to stop someone in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc. from doing the same? There's more involved in the oil market's reaction to this situation than suggested by the simple math involved in calculating the perentage drop in daily supply caused by Iraq's shutdown.
