I want to mean that doctors of other departments would consult her (who is a ENT specialist) about their patients, i.e. they ask her for her specialist's advice for their patients. Could I use expressions like "she would accept consultation or give consultation to doctors of other departments"

Thanks in advance!

Neither of those sound quite right to me. I'd say "she would consult with doctors in other departments."
