On another thread I mentioned the true story of a Santa Fe mayoral race not that long ago in which one of the many contestants claimed to be channeling the spirit of a dead artist. She declared that should she win, it would not be her but the artist who would serve.
So assuming we could conjure up a few really competent channelers, my dream election would be a matchup of:
Truman/JFK versus Reagan/T Roosevelt.
I would probably vote for Reagan--though I'm not absolutely positive about that--but I would be happy with whomever won. That would be my dream election--one in which I would be happy with whomever won.

I win the election as a write in candidate and my first official act is to arrest bush, cheney, rumsfeld, lumbaugh, and coulter, and have them all sexually violated on pay for view by rough trade bikers, thereby eliminating the national debt.
