Red Eye

Yoong Liat- The term "red eye" usually refers to an airplane flight that is in the late evening, or at night. The reference is, I believe, that at that time, people are tired, and their eyes are red.

I am not familiar with that show on Fox News. Is it on at night?

My question is what the word 'ombudsman' refers to in the context of Red Eye?
