If it turns out all this is the result of an arsonist.... I would happily put the lethal injection in him/her personally.

thats a little odd dont you think? they "suspect" a man in setting a fire and he hits their car, and they get to shoot him?
They dont even make it sound like he was doing it intentionally..
I hope there is a little more to that story... Like he repeatedly rammed the officers cruiser or something.
