BETTER GUN LAWS FOR AMERICA

By virtue of the 2nd and 9th Amendments
to the Supreme Law of the Land,
government is not authorized to disarm
the citizens by law,
HOWEVER: America 's gun laws can be improved
by MANDATING and REQUIRING that every citizen
be armed with at least one pistol or revolver loaded with hollowpointed slugs.

Now some folks might suggest that this conflicts
with their 1st Amendment freedom of religion
( pacifistic Amish or Quakers ), so I can see exemptions for them.
People who have medical certification of mental derangement
can be exempted from this requirement
and violent criminals ( sane or not )
shud be BANISHED and removed from the North American Continent
( unless the Canadians crave their company and wish to host them ).

Every other citizen can be required,
on penalty of having his taxes tripled,
to bear arms in his own defense.
This may give rise to some dissent from pacifistic, leftist Democrats,
so OK Democrats need not be armed,
but EVERYONE ELSE
will have to carry at least one pistol or revolver.

Can we have unanimous consent to this ?
