What do you do for a living?

I am, in no particular order and under one company umbrella (my own) a
dj
musician
event services provider
events planner
karaoke operator

For pay, I'm an editor/ researcher (an ongoing job on a specific website), freelance editor, and sometime website designer. (That last one happened by accident, did it for free and the organization I did it for thought I deserved a payment. I didn't protest too loudly. :-))

Not-for-pay, I'm a mom (main job), board member of a local Deaf organization, and a PTA chair.

Well, it varies...but today, for instance, I shattered a little boy's dreams by telling him that, even if he had a sex change operation, he wouldn't be able to become pregnant and deliver a baby.

I have a T-shirt with "No, I will not fix your computer" emblazoned on it.

I plan to get more copies, just as soon as they make it in something other than black.

I saw a MAJOR geek wearing one the other day at the grocery store. He made the guys from that series of geek movies look like Brad Pitt Laughing

I'd like to get that t-shirt. My hubby does repair computers and I think that would be kinda funny. Where'd you get it?

Used to be research and clinical lab tech.
Recently 'retired' landscape architect.
Have been an art gallery owner twice, godhelpme that I should do that again,
but you never know as it's fun a lot of the time.
Sometime writer - have all the outlines and some writing done for a book on
piazzas; am in a long rest phase. Have publisher if they're still alive when I finish it.
