Here is / are Bob and Julie' (Bob and Julie are here.

Here is /are the book and the paper that you requested.

I think I should use 'are' in each of the sentences.

Here is / are Bob and Julie.

Here is /are the book and the paper that you requested.

I think I should use 'are' in each of the sentences.

I know that if "There" starts a sentence, then it should be 'There is Bob and Julie', and 'There is the book and the paper that you requested.'

But does the same rule apply to "Here ... "? I wonder.
