Just woke from a four hour nap

Kitty bowls up on a counter or table for now.

The bone shift and/or nerve jab - reminded me of being in such agony. I think mine was a nerve jab from my once in a while tendency to sciatica because the foot was tending to numbness too.

Hope yours can be rested, realigned, and/or both. However, I did find, as I have in the past, that sitting on my butt for long periods of time, makes matters worse. Getting up and using the body, in any and all ways possible, helps to get things realigned.

sue, sciatica is a possibility, except there's no numbness - just pain. The x rays showed a definite shift though. Doc also mentioned degenerative arthritis, and bone spurs. yikes The thought of surgery super stressful - maybe why the high BP's?

My job demands physical activity, so i'm not sitting at work - nor at home, the same. I do rest when i'm home though - but housework, gardening, kittens, etc - keep me busy.

Past few days i've accomplished nada - zero physical activities. Read, watch movies, walk some, and a few light stretching exercises is all. Posting here, click for the rainforest and animals, and then off the computer for a few hours.

Working toward a good prognosis.

My plan to sleep in an extra hour this morning failed miserably. I awoke automatically at the same time I do each morning. Rats.

Got all the clocks in the house changed though.

Would someone please click for me beginning this weekend and through next Thursday??? That's the 10th thru the 15th.

We have friends visiting from CA and I will be their guide. We plan to do a day of local sightseeing and then proceed to Memphis, TN - then to Pensacola, FL and return home.....Should be a fun trip.

There will be someone staying with Patti to take care of her.

Set and I went to see some SuperDogs this morning - their star was a 10 year-old Vietnamese pot-pellied pig. Fred didn't win the speed round in agility, but he sure did seem to like the tunnels and little jumps.

Early clicks, my company arrived yesterday and we are about to set off on our first day trip.. To the Viking Rune stones in OK - then into the area of AR where there are gemstones and quartz, rockhound heaven - then to Old Washington, the town in the SE corner of AR that hasn't changed since it was built. It's where Jim Bowie's famous knife was made.

Expecting rain, hurray! Temps hi 70's - and Stradee sitting in the house till today - wouldn't ya know - the past weeks weather very warm for the season.

Work again next week - appears home remedies {and meds} took care of injury - taking it easy though - light housework, etc.
