Is it easy for somebody who speaks Arabic to learn Russian?

I don't know how easy it is for an Arabic speaker to learn Russian, but I have stumbled across a few words common to both languages:

Chai Tea
Almaz Diamond (uncut in Russian)
Banzene Gasoline

But watch out...."Omar" in Russian is "Lobster".

I almost forgot...

"ananas" is "pineapple" in both Arabic and Russian.

I really don't know what is in common btw Arabic and Russian, cuz I don't have any idea about Russian :p anyway I read some articles about taht language to make it clear.. I found that most of russian sounds are easy to be pronouced by arabic speakers...
