Which one is correct reply.
a. I forget.
b. I forgot.
c. I have forgotten.
I think (c) is correct, but is (b) also correct?

All three are "correct", but only (1) and (3) are in wide use in BrE zones of the world, where, incidentally, we prefer to say "film" instead of "movie".
If I had not been so hasty to reply, I would have noticed that you had lettered, not numbered, your example answers, and I would have answered appropriately, but I think you got the message!
