She was very happy to get a beautiful yellow rose from the dentist - she was more excited to get this "real" flower than anything at all going on at the dentist.
In other words she has handled it much better than mommy.

Hope that infection is averted, and she'll just have some discoloration until her baby teeth fall out.
I like that dentist with yellow roses--although I'm sure they are factored into overhead.
Any psychic trouble over the teeth will come from well-meaning--and nasty--questions and comments from her peers.
My reaction was, "My--that's what happens when your teeth rattle." Can you help her find a better one (which of course will emphasize the happy ending down the road.
The dentist was actually very sweet. It was a small office and the receptionist came over with her arms open and said HI K to my daughter. My daughter smiled but said to me how did she know my name?
I don't think they have many children that come through the office so they didn't have the usual kiddie type crap they give out (fortunately) and my daughter loved the rose so much more.
Hey if you need a root canal in south of Boston - I'll give you the friendliest dentist office I've been too!
Hopefully no one will tease her about the color, but if so, great idea, The dentist did tell her what a beautiful smile she has.
