Who'd of thunk it?

Being at the tail end of menopause, I've been getting episodes of water retention, my ankles start to disappear, can't get my wedding band off, clothes are uncomfortable, generally feel like a cow.

Someone advised me to make a brew of parsely tea, and it seemed to do the trick.

I just tossed a couple hand handfulls of fresh parsley into boiled water and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Doesn't taste that great, but it's not awful or anything, tastes like....parsely water Rolling Eyes

Anyway, drank 2 cups yesterday, and my ankles are back. I'm having one more right now for good measure.

Can't hurt. Dandelion tea works too and probably tastes a little better. You need to use the root and you can buy it in the medicinal tea area of most health food stores.
