1. What is the difference between your sentence and mine?
2. What are the differences between your sentence and mine?
3. What are the differences between your sentences and mine?
I think the first sentence assumes there is only one error, so sentence is correct.
In sentence 2. the writer feels that there is more than one error. The sentence is correct.
Sentence 3 is correct because of 'differences' and 'sentences'.
Am I correct?
Thanks.
Yes, but what difference does it make?

It's about correct usage, Epenthesis.
I would be grateful if you could tell me if I'm correct and the difference in meaning between the three sentences.
Regards.
First, I would not assume that a difference is equal to an error. Otherwise, all three are correct, as is your understanding of the differences.
