A : Had you met Susana before?
B: Yes, I had. I met her about five years ago in Madrid.
Are the sentences correct?
I think 'Had' should be changed to 'Have'.

"Had" could be correct, depending on context.
But if the first sentence had "have", then of course "have" is the correct choice for the second.
but u already mentioned the time when u met her, so the action is completed. I think the use of the past perfect would be more appropriate since we use the present perfect when talking about an action which is still going.
In 1995 I discovered was going to university with Susana
A : Had you met Susana before?
B: Yes, I had. I met her about five years ago in Madrid.
