need translation from English to Latin

Hi! I've been trying to get the translation for "Know Fear" for over 6 months now, but no one can tell me a definite answer. The meaning of "Know Fear" is supposed to be to face fear and overcome it even though you are scared. It also goes for facing worry and anxiety, etc...but if someone read it, I want them to read, "Know Fear". Can you please help me with this? Thank you so much!!
