WELL I'VE BEEN ON DEPO FOR SO LONG BECAUSE IT WORKS(LIKE A CHARM) BUT I HAVEN'T BLEED OR NOTHING I MIGHT BLEED ONCE A YEAR AND CLEANSE MY BODY IF I'M LUCKY. I HAVE NO BAD SIDE EFFECTS "EXCEPT" I HAVE NOOOOOO SEX DRIVE AT ALL... I DON'T NO IF IT THE DEPO OR DO I HAVE A HORMONAL IMBALANCE...IT'S PUTTING PRESSURE ON MY MARRIAGE...SOMEBODY HELP...I DON'T WANT ANYMORE KIDS I HAVE 2 10&4YRS. OLD
Good grief, see a doctor. Apparently the lost of sex drive is often mentioned in relation to Deprovera, but I'm not an expert on the studies on that.
Your gynecologist medical doctor will be able to transition you safely to another form of birth control.
5 YEARS ON DEPO AND SCARED!!!
Have you tried the good old-fashioned Pill?
BTW - it's better not to use all caps; that reads like an angry statement.
Perhaps that's how Depo works. It eleimintes the sex drive thus preventing pregnancy. Just a theory, of course.
