Concentrate medicine?

OK, I can never concentrate on my work. Is there a medicine/supplement that can help my concentration? I hear that omega3 will help, so I did some research and it seems it is still debatable. Should I take omega3 supplements? If so, what is the correct dosage?
I know you'd probably not like the idea of drugging yourself to achieve a state of concentration, but I have really exhausted all other methods of trying to get myself to concentrate. I tried the advice given here:
http://www.studygs.net/concen.htm
but I still can not concentrate.
I think I have a medical/psycological problem in this respect. It is that serious.
Alas, some sort of supplement is my last resort.
Any help much appreciated.

A well known chemical thought to enhance concentration abilities is nicotine.
