Do not smoke during / at / in /at the concert.

I think it should be 'during'. Am I correct?

'During' is correct, but it implies that you shouldn't smoke while the music is being played.

I'd say that 'at' is correct - since you shouldn't smoke 'at' the place where the concert is held.
