Hi, folks. I've got a personal project that I'm working on, and finding myself short on factual information. What I need is some good references on culture and daily life for the continental Saxons during the time of Charlemagne's wars against them. I'm perfectly happy with secondary (and lower) sources or translations of primary sources. In fact, primary sources probably won't be of much use for me, because I'm illiterate in anything but English. Online sources would be especially useful - my local library is not particularly academically inclined, and there aren't any good academic libraries convenient for me.
Any help pointing me in the right directions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
