so I could say "He's resigning... good. One less ass kissing sycophant scumbag in DC."

Problem is there's a rule about not saying things like that about sick people. Damn.

For the record I wouldn't wish his illness on anyone, not even bush himself.

Tony Snow is the only honorable member of the political community. He told you the truth when he said he needs to make more money than the 168K he makes on his present job.

He could have used the lame excuse every other politican uses "SPEND MORE TIME WITH FAMILY" since he could be DEAD in a short time.

It's still a lame excuse, he knew what the job paid when he took it, he isn't that stupid....but those who believe his lame excuse may be.

Give him a break! I can't imagine limping along on $168,000 a year, especially with one kid in college.

Geesh! How's a person supposed to survive on that?
