I've been on the shot for about a year and a half..small side effects like spotting and random bleeding, but nothing that a few ibuprophen can't cure..My question is, I just wanted to give my body a break so I didn't get my last shot which was due Aug 10th. I think I am "cleansed" now and I want back on the shot, but can I just go in right now and get it? Or do I have to wait for the first day of my period (like when I first started it)?
Questions about powerful hormone treatments should be put to your doctor, because everybody is different and medical web advice is from somebody who never saw or examined you and may not even be a doctor.
