Right now he is not at the home, so I will get him tomorrow.

Do the words in bold mean that I will call him tomorrow.

It means "I will talk to him tomorrow" or "I will come back tomorrow."

"get him" as eventually catch up with him in some way

Yes, it depends if you mean you will speak to him or get a hold of him tomorrow.

If 'you speak' means 'I phone him.' Am I right?

What does 'get hold of him' mean? Does it mean that I go to his house to look for him?

"To get hold of someone" means the same thing as "to get in touch with someone" or "to contact someone."
