Friendship: a single soul dwelling in two bodies

My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me

Only a life lived for others is worth living

Never forget the days I have spent with you. Continue to be my friend, as you will always find me yours.

I have assumed that your friend is female.
The translations in brackets would apply if your friend is male.

Friendship: a single soul dwelling in two bodies
Amicitia: anima sola in corporibus duobus

My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me
Amica optima est quae ex me optima elicit.
[Amicus optimus est qui ex me optima elicit.]

Only a life lived for others is worth living
Sola vita pro aliis victa vivenda est

Never forget the days I have spent with you.
Dies quas tecum egi nunquam obliviscere.
Continue to be my friend, as you will always find me yours.
Esse amica mea persiste, quam semper me tua invenies.
[Esse amicus meus persiste, quam semper me tua invenies.]
