I can't eat any kind/kinds of nuts.

Which word should I use?

No, that's correct - "any" is singular, so "kind" needs to be singular.

For example:

There are many kinds of nuts I can't eat. "Many" is plural, "kinds" is plural.

There is a kind of nut I can't eat, but I can't remember which one. "A" is singular, "kind" is singular.
