If I knew the formula, Lmur, I'd surely replicate it.

I do recall it involved a lot of staring, reading about past match-ups, and then making the last coupla picks based on which team had a cheese affiliation Embarrassed

Most of yall Joe Nation and that he is running the NYC Maraton Sunday.

His year long story on this is at "The Joe Nation 2007 NYC Marathon Log."

They be gathering a 7 am on Brookly side of the Verranzano-Narrows Bridge. The will walk to the Staten Island end and wait until 10 to begin.

Each runner has a chip attached to a shoe and each 5K I will get an email from the NYM. How cool is that?

Those are my picks too, Wandel. They've been sitting resting on the "stickies" on my desktop while I cogitate if I mean them. I might just change Jax to New Orleans, but I'll put the list here for the nonce.

Wait --- now I'm thinking you meant DS to be SD. In which case, what is your choice for Washington/NY Jets?

I think we have all the regulars except Miz Doc, jp, and panzade.

The picks so far with 18 players posting:

San Francisco (11) Atlanta (7)
Cincinnati (7) Buffalo (11)
Denver (3) Detroit (15) - George, Rockhead, and edgar looking mile high
Green Bay (15) Kansas City (3) - Pantalones, Rockhead, and Tico (where does Pantalones live?)
San Diego (17) Minnesota (1) - lmur (hey, he had to pick two weeks ahead)
Jacksonville (11) New Orleans (7)
Washington (15) NY Jets (3) - Pantelones, jespah, lmur (I'm clueless)
Arizona (4) Tampa Bay (14)
Carolina (4) Tennessee (14)
Seattle (8) Cleveland (10)
New England (12) Indianapolis (6)
Houston (9) Oakland (9) - can't get any closer than that!
Dallas (15) Philadelphia (3) - Pantalones, Rockhead, and Tico (I think they just don't like Dallas)

Baltimore (1) Pittsburgh (17) - jes may be laughing all the way to the number one spot.
