Is sentence correct?

Yes, I don't see anything wrong with it. I generally use " " around titles, but I believe italics are also acceptable.

Yes, italics are used in place of quotation marks. I think title can also be in bold print.

I'd be inclined to say "paged" or "skimmed" rather than "flicked".

When I use the word "flicked" in connection with reading, I mean a superficial scanning of material: "I flicked through a copy of Newsweek in the doctor's waiting room, but the magazine couldn't hold my attention."
