Should I say "Which of the sentences are correct" OR "Which of the sentences below is correct" ?

Does the above sentence apply regardless of how many sentences are correct? For example, there are two correct sentences below.
1.
He is stupid. (correct)
2. He were stupid.
3. He has ate.
4.
He has eaten. (correct)
Do I still use the 'is' version?
