Is it a Rhinoplasty?

All her life, my sister has had a large raised mole on her chin. It is about 5 millimetres all the way around and she hates it. She thinks that it makes me feel unattractive and what's more she often worry is that one day it may become cancerous. My mum says because she had it all her life it'll probably be fine because it's sort of like a birth mark, but that still doesn't solve that fact that she hates the way it looks. Whenever she meets someone new she can always tell that they are looking at it and it makes her feel self-conscious and embarrassed. She wants to have a surgery done to remove it however she is a bit afraid of the doing a big surgery?
