The mechanic that put the new parts on it took three whole days. Just when I concluded he didn't know what he was doing, he called and said I could pick it up. It runs so much better. I may give it a bath this week to celebrate.

Took it back to the inspection place, so that they could put a sticker in the window. Their inspection equipment was non functioning. Got one more day to get it in there, before the original inspection expires and I have to pay another $40 (about).
