Well, it felt gooder than walking. Faster, too. Got all them fours cooking, did fifty without a strain, all the way down Huffsmith to Tomball. Got the back seat folded, just in case I decide to carry stuff back there. Carpet's dirty, but I got me something for that. Well, I hopped out at the apartments, and Velma happened to be about for her daily stroll. "Is that your new van?," she asked, while her eyes roved the somewhat shiny green paint.
That's Betsy," I replied fondly. "Last heir to a conastoga wagon, and twice as fast."
Her grin was somwhat puzzled, but she good naturedly bid me adieu, as we went about our seperate business. I went in the office, checked Fank and Jess out of the video library, and stepped back for the ride home.
With the wind and rain in my hair.
You are such a stud.
I'm a-gonna be singing "Chevy Van" all day long.
So, edgar, got a new ride?
It's just a few weeks old. A nice, new 94 model. Had to redo the ditributer cap and a few other electrical dodads, but it be cookin.

Thatll cease once you get a new windshield installed
Actually, the window just has one small crack, on the passenger's side. That's better than some newer cars I see.
Edgar--
You're a man of elegance and style.
Hold your dominion.
I do what I do, go where I go. No matter where I go, there I am.
does it have shag carpeting?
peace dude
The carpeting is not that deep. Some mechanic wannabe got dark stains on it. I going to do something about that, quick as the monsoons stop.
Today, Tomball; tomorrow, the whole county.
Made a start cleaning the carpet. It's going to need something better than I have.
