I'm game . . . is it greasy? Is it salty? Can we serve it over a huge hunk of red meat?

It's aromatic that is for sure but the law of curry implies mounds of fluffy white long grain rice.If you are an admirer of Gee then you could also add this for further richness. Mushroom curry and Molassis on the table.

This looks salty and greasy...but it doesn't contain any real red meat.

Believe it or not, I always make my husband a breakfast similar to that pictureÂ…I myself would never eat that much blood mud

Great place for breakfast here called Dan's Hamburgers. (Their burgers are pretty good, but breakfast is great.)

Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos followed by a shortstack of buttermilk pancakes. I always save the center bit for last, where the butter has melted into the pancake.

Really colorbook?
Your husband has no health problems?

My whole day would be shut, if I had a breakfast
like that.

None so far and he's not even fat...normal cholesterol and BP Shocked I can't get him to eat the healthy stuff...never could and never will. My lectures to him were over a long time ago...he's happiest when he's eating that stuff.

dag, what's the piece of paper doing on the, er, large hunk of meat there? Is it for added fiber?

the first piece of paper reads your cholesterol level.

the second piece of paper reads your cholesterol level AFTER dinner.

Yes dag, as long as you don't mix proteins with carbohydrates.
Schnitzel with salad is good, we had it last night too.

colorbook, I guess your husband is really one of the lucky
ones, and if it suits him, why fix it Wink

(except for the breading, CJ. pure carbs - flour, bread crumbs... but there's not that much of it, i s'ppose...)

Right, it's not that much in the breading. Sadly, it is mostly
served with french fries or potatoe salad and that's when
the system has problems digesting proteins & carbs properly -
especially for an evening meal.
